Drinking alcohol
Consuming alcoholic drinks while pregnant can make babies born with fetal alcohol syndrome. Signs can be low weight at birth, impaired behavior, learning disabilities, and growth and development barriers.

Research shows that the risk of miscarriage and birth defects can be doubled, if you take a sauna or soak in hot water for too long. To reduce this risk, it is recommended to limit bathing time to less than 15 minutes.
Overweight
Pregnant women are indeed two-bodied, but that does not mean the portion of food needs to double. Being overweight during pregnancy can increase the risk of rising blood pressure, suffering from diabetes in pregnancy (gestational diabetes), and increasing the risk of obesity in later children. As a rule of thumb, in the second trimester, pregnant women need to add 340 calories per day, compared to the portion of food before pregnancy. Whereas in the third trimester, pregnant women need to add 450 calories per day.
Lack of sleep
